Feedingunit:

1.Lead edge feeding is adopted todeliver the paper. It can just air volume according to thecardboard bending degree so that make sure to deliver the papersmoothly.

2.Motor is used to start protectiondevice. If the machine is not fixed, the main energy will unable tostart.

3. It can do continuous and skipcardboard feeding.

4.Double rubber rollers for feeding,the rubber rollers have slot for prevent the moisture and pressure,so that can reduce squashed feeding paper.

5. The feeding rubber rollers arewith cylinder cushion device. It can do precise feeding. It isreliable and will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard whenthe feeding space is small.

6. The left and left baffles adoptelectrical control with data display(here can addautomatic pneumatic aligning device). The back baffleadopts electrical adjustment. The front baffle space is synchronousmanual adjustment.

7.It adopts dust removaldevice. Dust brush andvacuuming fan can clean dust of the surfacecardboard      

8. Electric controls the machine andwith alarm bell so that can guarantee the safety of theoperator.

9. Electronic counting be used tosetup the production. When it completes the production, the alarmwill warn automatically (if choose the touch screen control, thetouch screen can display the production quality.

 

Printingunit

1.   The printing rolleradopts high-quality steel, with grinding surface and hard chromiumplating.

2.   Foot switch isinstalled to control the clockwise and counter clockwise of theplate drum. The printing platecan changed easily.

3.  The printing roller shaft ismanual adjustment. The maximum amount of movement is 10mm on left andright. It also equipped with lock mechanism.

4. Cooperate with paper feedingsystem pneumatic type automatic lifting devices, (whensending the paper , the aniloxroller goes down to attach with the and printing plate, while stopping sending paper, theanilox roller will rise to separate with the printingplate)  and attach with idlingdevice).

5.It adopts circulation pneumaticinking. The strainer filtrate the impurities to ensure the qualityof printing.

6.  The printing phase adoptsPLC touch screen control and electric digital 360°adjustment (itcan be adjusted both running and stopping).

Diecutting unit

1. The rubber roller machineadopts screw type,crosswise movement. The movementdistance is 40mm.

2. Die-cutting roller phase adoptsPLC andelectric digital 360° adjustment. It can beadjusted whatever it is running or not running (it can also choosePLC and touch screen adjustment.)

3. Die-cutting roller adopts PLCelectric digital 360° adjustment. The adjustment range is±10mm.

4.The space adjustment of the rubberroller and the die-cutting roller adopt self-locking structure withcylinder to make a large quick adjustment. It can reduce the damageof the rubber and increase the service life.

5. The feeding roller adjustmentadopts self-locking structure.

6. Speed compensation device can makethe rubber spring roller movewith the template roller, so that the rubber roller`s surface speedcan be controlled by the knife.

7. The machine is equippedwith correcting device ofthe rubber spring roller.

 

Stackingunit

1.Picking up arms can domanual or automatic operation, with insurance institutions, preventmeet paper arm suddenly whereabouts, security operation personnelsecurity of person.
